Pause gameplay and press Down Circle Square Square Up X.

Level Select

Start a game on Easy and pause gameplay. Then press Triangle Circle Circle Left Circle Up Down. Restart the game and a Level Select will appear on the Options menu.

Unlimited Hearts

Pause gameplay and press Left Up X Square Up Down Square.
